At OUCHFIT, every order is packed with care and dispatched from India.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Within India
We currently deliver to serviceable locations across India through our courier partners.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately 3–7 business days depending on the destination, courier serviceability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided while placing the order.
Shipping Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code, telephone number, and other required contact information.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Delivery Delays
Courier delays may occur due to logistics disruptions, weather, regulatory restrictions, strikes, natural events, or other circumstances outside our direct control. OUCHFIT will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delivery-related issues.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipment
If you receive an incorrect product or an item damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs.

International Payments
OUCHFIT may accept payments made using eligible internationally issued cards through approved payment partners.
Acceptance of an international payment method does not automatically mean that international delivery is available. Orders placed through ouchfit.in are currently delivered only to serviceable addresses within India unless expressly stated otherwise.
